Days 1-3: Learning and Developing Our Athletics Skills
Day 4: PB Awards - Aiming to Better Your Personal Best!
Day 5: Mini Olympics - Teams Based Activities and Challenges
Beyond the number of days other variations include the type of activities:
1. Newbies (U7-U13) - Introduction to Athletics
2. Returners (U9-U15) - Learning and Practising new skills
3. Event Group and Multi-event sessions (mainly U17s)
